SMART API v2 er nu tilgængelig. SMART API v2 indeholder opdateringer, der forstærker integrationen mellem SMART, projektinformationer og dit CRM-system. Opdateringen skal implementeres senest d. 1. oktober 2024, og du står selv for at implementere den nye opdatering.

Bemærk venligst, at du selv skal håndtere opdateringen. Hvis du ikke er IT ansvarlig, så videregiv disse informationer til din IT afdeling for at sikre en optimal og hurtig integration, så du kan få endnu mere ud af din API løsning. 

Udfasning af SMART API v1

SMART API v1 bliver udfaset d. 1. oktober 2024. Derfor anbefaler vi, at du opdaterer til SMART API v2 så hurtigt som muligt for at drage fordel af den nye version.

Fordele ved SMART API v2

• Forbedret ydeevne uden forsinkelser: SMART API v2 er designet til at levere en mere effektiv og pålidelig integration, som betyder, at de ændringer du laver bliver vist i dit system med det samme uden forsinkelse og uden behov for data synkronisering fra SMART.
• Struktureret datahåndtering: I SMART API v2 er alle projektinformationer nu struktureret omkring projekter, virksomheder, udbud og kontakter og ikke brugere som i den nuværende version. På den måde modtager du altid unik data, og undgår duplikater, hvis I er flere, som arbejder på det samme projekt.
• Nye og forbedrede funktioner: SMART API v2 indeholder også informationer, som ikke er tilgængelige i den nuværende version. Med en opdatering kan du nu få informationer om, hvem der er ansvarlig på de projekter, du arbejder med.
• Fremtidige opdateringer: For at sikre, at du altid har adgang til de seneste opdateringer, vil alle nye felter og forbedringer kun blive tilføjet til SMART API v2. Dette garanterer, at du altid har den mest opdaterede og funktionelle API løsning.

Vi vil ikke have, at du går glip af noget, så tøv ikke med at få implementeret den nye opdatering, da SMART API v1 udfases d. 1. oktober 2024.

Upgrade to SMART API v2 and embrace a smoother integration

We’re thrilled to unveil the latest upgrade to your SMART API solution – SMART API v2. With SMART API v2, you’re in for faster, more efficient, and secure integration between SMART and your own CRM system. 

Please note that you’re responsible for handling the integration on your own. If you’re not the tech guru, reach out to your IT support team or technical consultant team to ensure a smooth integration, maximizing the benefits of a faster and secure API solution. SMART API v1 will be phased out on October 1, 2024. We recommend transitioning to the new version as soon as possible to take advantage of these new benefits.

With SMART API v2, anticipate the following benefits:

• Improved performance without delays
  With better performance indicators SMART API v2 is designed to provide a more efficient and reliable integration, ensuring that changes you make are instantly reflected in your system without delays or the need for data synchronization from SMART.
• Structured data management
  In SMART API v2, all project information is now structured around projects, companies, tenders, and contacts, rather than users as in the current version. This ensures that you will always be getting unique entities and avoiding duplicates, especially when multiple users from your organization are working on the same project. All user related data is stored inside ‘users’ property.
• New and enhanced features
  SMART API v2 includes information not available in the current version. With an upgrade, you can now access details about who is responsible for the projects you're working on.
• Future updates
  To ensure access to the latest updates, all new fields and improvements will only be added to SMART API v2. This guarantees that you always have the most up-to-date and functional API solution.

Time is of the essence – SMART API v1 will be phased out on October 1, 2024. We don’t want you to miss out on anything! Therefore, we strongly recommend upgrading to SMART API v2 as soon as possible to take advantage of the new benefits and enjoy the features and improvements, while maintaining compatibility and efficiency in your integration.
